Job description: Roles & Responsibilities :- Sales Revenue – Achieving or exceeding the set revenue targets. New Client Acquisition – Successfully bringing in new clients and expanding the customer base. Achieving Monthly Sales budgets Monitoring and improving the performance of the business development team, measured through individual and team targets. Having an experience & knowledge on IT Services – Mobile App, Web App, Game App. Revenue Growth – Achieving a predetermined increase in revenue over a specific period. Helping team towards the closure and establishing new channels and strategy to grow the sales. Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. Managing salesteams. Client Retention – Ensuring the retention of existing clients and fostering long-term relationships. Customer Satisfaction – Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and receiving positive feedback from clients. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the salesteams to achieve their goals. Cross-selling and Upselling – Identifying opportunities to offer additional products orservices to existing clients. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. Sales Pipeline – Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with a sufficient number of qualified opportunities. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships. Collaborating with other departments & teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal skills. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must have Skills :- Similar Industry Domain and Services experience (Mobile & Web Applications etc).
