Job description: Exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading education providers 12-month fixed-term contract based in Delhi, India The Role We are looking for an experience and dynamic Agent Portal Specialist to join Kaplan, India Office. In this role you will contribute to our growing portfolio of our pathway colleges in Australia and New Zealand. The Agent Portal Administrator is responsible for providing assistance to the admissions and recruitment team in analysing and following up on outstanding documents for international student applications submitted in Massey University’s agent portal from agencies worldwide. The role maintains a high level of product knowledge to assist in potential conversion of student applications. Responsibilities Review applications submitted by agents in the portal to determine what documentation is outstanding to ensure applications are ready to assess. Review outstanding offers in the agent portal to provide advice to the recruitment team and agents. Support in the completion of all admissions documentation from enquiry to enrolment processing for international students. Maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to all aspects of the student application lifecycle. Provide advice and information to admissions, recruitment and agents about programs, admissions requirements and procedures in compliance with University policies and procedures. Be proactive with suggestions and ideas for the team. Driving the highest levels of performance within the team and delivering best-in-sector customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. Converting student opportunities and responding to all enquiries within forty-eight business hours Requirements Experience in processing international student applications for a higher education institution and a demonstrated understanding of the New Zealand education system. Experience of international sales or marketing; solid understanding of New Zealand and International Higher Education (incl. Government regulatory and compliance legislation framework) Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector. Ability to develop good relationships with stakeholders. High level oral and written communication skills. High level organisational, planning and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and efficient in multi-tasking. Experience in working within student management systems. Ability to plan, control, coordinate and manage activities with minimal supervision. Up-to-date working knowledge of key legislation, policies and procedures relevant to international students.
